Who I am

Since 1980 I used handwriting analysis in business and career coaching. After receiving a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Education in1996, I promoted the use of handwriting as adjunct projective testing in psychiatric examination and for remediation of problems in attention, motivation and emotional well-being, especially related to trauma and violence. I am a Certified Graphologist, a member of both the American Handwriting Analysis Foundation as well as the Society of Theoretical and Philosophical Psychology, Division 24 of the American Psychological Association.

Why I do this

In 2010 I saw a need to return to assessing character and not just personality, after attending the annual conference of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in Atlanta. I started Character Evaluation as a professional consultancy focused on comprehensive executive assessment that supported the character development of leaders throughout their lifecycle.

What I can do for you

I use a projective test called the Handwriting Association Test (HAT) with quasi-normative diagnostic scales to integrate the ipsative scale of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) with the norm-referenced scale of California Psychological Inventory (CPI) psychometric tests to guarantee the accuracy of this comprehensive executive assessment as your roadmap for executive development of character from a Jungian psychology perspective.
